• How do I remove my information from e-mail, phone and postal mailing lists?
  • We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us.
• If you prefer not to receive information from us, please let us know by sending us an e-mail. Be sure to include your e-mail address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address or other personal information with us please contact us the same way.
  • Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to four-six weeks to be effective, particularly if we are removing your name from postal mailings. In addition, when you make a room reservation from us online we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions specific about your reservation, even if you have opted to not receive communications.

Both aviahotels.com and SynXis share a commitment to online reservation security. Our site is governed by the aviahotels.com privacy and security statement contained in this document. Information obtained during the reservation process is further protected under the terms of the SynXis privacy policy, viewable during the reservation process by clicking privacy policy at the bottom of the screen.
  • If you do not wish to make your reservation online, you can always make, change or cancel reservations by phone at 888.644.2842, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• How does your privacy policy relate to links to other websites and services?
  • Our web site may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. You access such linked sites at your own risk.
