BREAKFAST

The AVIA breakfast menu demonstrates the chef's mastery of local touches, for example, the recreation of a Southern staple, incorporating 100 percent certified organic, local grits topped with sautéed white Savannah shrimp. From the smell of the signature organic blend coffee to the wild smoked salmon, Chef-prepared eggs-made-to-order and Swiss muesli, the taste is in the details.

Barista Bar - espresso-based drinks, signature blend organic coffees, teas and fresh seasonal juices, plus a grab-and-go menu of fresh whole fruit, breakfast bakeries, oatmeal, fruit parfaits and more. A la carte.

Full Buffet - a wonderful spread of fresh market fruits, yogurts, muesli and cereals, breakfast bakeries and bagels, smoked salmon, deli meats and cheeses plus chef-prepared eggs, fingerling potatoes, breakfast meats, Crêpes Suzette, pancakes and waffles, oatmeal and other local signatures. $14.95 per guest.

The AVIA Kitchen is the perfect way to begin or end your evening. The menu has been created to offer a variety of small plates that are easily shared or combined to create the ideal a la carte meal. From a crock of Vidalia onion soup topped with provolone and gruyere cheese to sautéed sea scallops or the specialty daily pizza – the Kitchen has a relaxed vibe and a delicious attitude, making this Savannah hotel a perfect place to gather with friends before setting out, or to recap the moments of the day.
