Evening Tasting

Every great host has a house tradition and AVIA's is all about the simple epicurean delights of our culinary team. Every evening the AVIA Chef shares a small Tasting. Some nights it's Pommes Frites tossed in Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and fresh herbs, drizzled with white truffle oil. On another night it might be Olive Tapenade with Toast Points. Or simply our favorite house staple of Warm Mixed Nuts. It's a simple way to kick off the evening - always tempting and complimentary!
