BREAKFAST

Breakfast eaters and morning meal skippers will agree that the range and recipes at AVIA's Kitchen are tempting to all. Hearty to healthy appetites find fare to please. Start the day with a must-have cappuccino or espresso or linger longer over the full flavors of AVIA's Café Breakfast.

Barista Bar - espresso-based drinks, signature blend organic coffees, teas and fresh seasonal juices.

AVIA Café Breakfast - from house-made granola with California berries to scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, AVIA's Chef sprinkles the menu with local sensibility and fresh farm-to-table ingredients. Feeling inventive? Then create-your-own amazing omelette or order eggs-your-way. The breakfast menu at AVIA is simple, yet memorable.


EVENING

As the sun goes down, the mood shifts and the energy moves to the AVIA Lounge – making it the perfect place to start – or end – your evening. The Chef tickles your tastebuds with a complimentary amuse-bouche. Small plates, meant for sharing, instill a communal atmosphere where friends gather to get a taste of the local variety.

The menu features appetizers and small plates peppered with regional flair. The signature guacamole and pico de gallo are always crowd-pleasers, as is the fresh array of local seafood, from steamed mussels to halibut fish tacos. All fun and flavorful, with just enough variety to please any palette.
